Elizabeth Muir - Administration

Elizabeth has had many years experience in a cosmetic surgery practice.

She handles the front desk of our busy clinic - which means she has numerous administrative duties and she also looks after all of our patient phone enquiries and appointments. Elizabeth organises all hospital admissions for our patients and liases with other specialist doctors involved with patient care. She provides excellent support to Dr Merten, staff and patients. Elizabeth is very bright, bubbly, friendly and helpful!

Cheryl Ladikos - Practice Manager / Registered Nurse

Cheryl studied Bachelor of Nursing at UWS Macarthur and worked at St George Hospital. Then went onto working as a Laser Safety Operator and Manager for a laser hair removal clinic. She also undertook a Workplace Training & Assessment course for the training of new staff members and helped expand the clinic to several locations throughout Sydney. After 2 years, she decided to expand her horizon and worked for a large national medical device company.

Cheryl began working for Dr Merten in January 2007 and ensures daily activities run smoothly. She is very passionate about improving all aspects of the practice and liaises closely with Dr Merten to ensure all patients are provided with the best of care before and after surgery.

Karina Lopez - Administrative Assistant

Karina is the newest member of our team and currently works 2 days per week helping with our numerous administrative duties! She assists all staff members and handles all phone enquiries and appointments. Karina has beautiful characteristics and looks forward to meeting you all soon!
